Support

CoproPrior has been designed to be available in multiple regions. However, currently CoproPrior is only available in Canada. Also, only 1 currency is supported for a specific Property. All the Transactions must be labeled in the same currency.

1. Open https://www.desjardins.com/
2. Click on the "Log in" button in the top right corner
3. Click on the "Go" button in the "Online services" section of the "Log in" panel
4. Complete the authentication process
5. Click on "Statements and documents" in the top menu

6. Click on "Accounts" in the "Statements" section

7. Configure the download parameters and submit
  • Select the "Folio"
  • Select the right year and month (when the Folio is selected)
  • Select "Download" in "Select the type of the statement"
  • Select "OFX (Open Financial eXchange)" in the download options
  • Click on "Validate"
8. A file should automatically be downloaded if the form is filled properly, after clicking on the "Validate" button
9. Click on the "Back" button if you want to download the statement for another month
10. Import the downloaded file into CoproPrior

  1. Open https://www.rbcroyalbank.com/
  2. Click on the "Sign In" button in the top right corner 
  3. Enter your credentials and complete the sign in process
  4. In the list of Bank Accounts, click on one of them (i.e.: Checking)

5. Click on the "Download transactions" link (on top of the Search bar)

6. Configure the "Download Transactions" screen that appears
  • Select "Money" in "Choose the File Type"
  • Select "All Chequing and Savings Accounts" in "Pick an Account"
  • Select "Date Range" in "Select the Transaction Period"
    • Fill the "From" and "To" dates
    • The "To" date must be before the current date!
  • Click on the "Download" button

7. A file (with .ofx extension) should be downloaded automatically after you click on the Download button
8. Import that file into CoproPrior

Yes. Currently, CoproPrior is available in English and French.
