Why it’s free
We believe co-owner associations should have access to modern management tools without cost barriers. By making CoproPrior free, we can reach more communities, reduce the cost of housing management, and stay aligned with our mission.
To keep operating, we still need funding. We will suggest (but never require) donations, and we may offer paid advanced features and professional services.
A great way to support the project is to spread the word and/or send feedback to improve it.
